Chipper young ESU student. Easily excited and astounded. Can be comically naive and confident. Loves any kind of adventure, action, or sci fi media. Despite his initially luxurious upbringing, everything about his father’s company bores him. Doesn’t spend a lot of time with him.
After his mother’s death(/disappearance?) when Ned was a child, he has been mostly raised by his grandmother and grandfather in a small, loving home.
