Hailing from Chambéry, France this young man seems to be a hidden gem within the city. Or at least that’s what many customers at his family's restaurant had to say when questioned about the location. The small family run business, La Tourterelle, wasn’t something many tourists would pass a second glance at but once the only son began working as the head waiter than all gazes shifted to the eatery. With the handsome young man working his hardest to attend to all the customers and ensure a wonderful experience for all of them, many have said that he has made their time there just perfect. Suitable since that is the young boy's namesake!
Parfait LeClaire has shown remarkable talent in attending to the needs and wants of all those he lays his eyes on. His excellent memory, way with words and delicacy have led the small-time restaurant to immense popularity! Not only that but his ability to perform any task is jaw-dropping. You can see him move from one side of the shop to the other and many have stated that it looked like an elegant dance. We’re not kidding when we say that people came for the food but stayed for the Parfait!
