He isn't anything special skill-wise, but he is the only member of his village to be part goblin, so there's that. If there's a somewhat out of the way errand that needs to be done, he's usually the one asked to do it; he doesn't mind the jobs themselves, but he feels like he should respected more for what he does. He also likes to sleep a lot, and gets annoyed when someone wakes him up early (which by his standards is before noon). He has a short temper, but calms down just as fast and is otherwise pretty chill. He tries not to let little things bug him, and when they do he tries to redirect his aggression towards doing whatever his task is that day.
