Please credit me whenever and wherever you post your commission

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made through Paypal, stripe, cashapp, or zelle !

I accept payment fully up front or half upfront and half after the sketch is approved (Only for flats and shaded! For sketches full upfront payment ONLY!)

REVISIONS

Major changes (new expression, changed character, or major changes to the current character I'm working on) can only happen during the Sketching phase unless I forgot something important to the character (Any additional major changes once lining or color is complete will have an additional charge)

Any items that you would to be added may have an additional charge to them. Please ask me about the item so we can come to an agreement as to if there will be a charge for it.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Turnaround time starts from the day full/split payment is completed. 

About a week per person (So if you have 2 people in front of you expect a TAT of about 2-3 weeks)

There will be a Rush fee depending on how quickly you want your commission done! (I.e. If there is a line of about 5 waiting and you want to be prioritized a fee will be added for that! The longer the line the more it will be. Rush fees will only apply if you want your commission in the next 24/48 hours)

USE

Feel free to use it for personal use only with credit. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are only given during the sketch phase when asked past that I will only do partial for emergency reasons. If there is a delay or problems on my end I will give options as to how you will like to continue and a full refund will be given if asked.

COMMUNICATION

Text communications only (ie. dms on any platform you are using to commission me, I am okay with voice notes but I will only be using text

The art piece will only continue based on the last confirmed version.

I will need confirmation for the sketch phase and with any questions and revisions I might do. I will not continue my work until I get confirmation.

If there are delays caused by late replies resulting in missing the delivery date (if one is requested) , the responsibility lies with the client.

If the due date has passed there will be a week wait for the client to respond (unless communicated before about a possible delay, if there is no response I can be able/and will mark the commission as completed.
