Evie

Evie serves as judge and jury on the Draconizica council. If members of a jury are not present, they speak through her.

Evie's inclusions include plasma (which includes serum albumin, which is present in human plasma. This is considered suspicious until you learn why she has plasma inside her). Splotches of her skin are iridescent and inside appears yellow because of this. Since she is a Cream Runadeg, her inclusions could have come from the many humans she has feasted on over the years.

Before being condemned to judge for the rest of her life, Evie and her brother served master builders like Klampamani.
