OVERVIEW
Unlike many Sylvari transfigured by the jungle dragon's awakening, Quin was born knowing its voice as one of its mordrem guard. They're not quite like their siblings either though -- in that they spent enough time on their own and without direction that they developed agendas. Wishes. Attachments.
A cellular thing gone mutant, engaging now in a struggle against not only a being, but a cycle so much larger than them or their new companions. But struggle, they will.

ABOUT
Quin is what their mordrem siblings might unkindly label as 'underripe.' They emerged too early, months before the full awakening of elder dragon Mordremoth. Emerging from the murky primordial soup of synaptic transmissions and ancient knowledge, knowing intuitively what they were, what they were for, but lacking any true direction. They filled this time with wandering, which became exploring after meeting a strange not-quite mordrem named Tiberseus. And they found beauty out there in this scintillant world, in strange nooks and niches, in food and drink, in people.
Slowly, Quin has begun to question their place in things. Need the cycle of feeding elder dragons partake in mean cataclysm? Could there not be symbiosis? Their companion, the people they are surrounded by, all seem to think there's a way to push back against the whims of things so deeply rooted. To disrupt the cycle would be to cause delicate systems to collapse, but there has to be another way.
