Adopt sales

• Auctions will always end at the time stated. 
• Deleting a bid or claim and/or ghosting will put you on the blacklist. If you need to withdraw please have basic decency and say it instead of doing this. 
• Winner must pay the full amount within 72 hours unless a hold was agreed upon. Holds must always be stated at the time of bidding or claiming. If 2 parties have bid the same amount, the person without a hold will be prioritized. 
• All sales are final.

General use of my designs and art

• My art may not be used for inappropriate or bigoted purposes. I am strongly against racism, homophobia, transphobia, anti-semetism and other forms of bigotry. 
• I do not care about my designs being depicted in NSFW as long as it is properly tagged.
• My art and designs are for personal use only. If you want to use my work for commercial purposes you must contact me first. You cannot use my art and designs for commercial purposes unless I give you permission. 

Free art and designs 

• My art and design freebies may be traded, but not resold.
• You may only sell my freebie designs if more commissioned art is added to their gallery. The sale value must be equal or less than the total commission value.
• Forum game designs, designs obtained from raffles and gifts all count as free. 

Designs obtained through trading 

• You may only sell traded designs if they were initially obtained from me via sale. This means, if someone bought the design from me and then traded it to a third person, the third person may sell it for its original value or less. 
• Traded designs may be retraded for anything. 

Designs and art obtained through sales 

• You may only do partial or full resales of my work, meaning you may only sell my designs and art for the price or a fraction of the price you purchased it for. 
• Purchased designs may be traded.
• You may only resell a character for the price or a fraction of what you paid even if its original value was higher.

Redesigns and voiding 

• You may redesign my designs as long as they keep at least 40% of their likeness and their skin tone is kept in a similar range. 
• You are allowed to void any of my designs, and you may convert them to any species as well. 
• Follow the species TOS above my own. 
• I must still be credited for my work even after the redesign. 

Have a design of mine you want to get rid of? 

If you have a design made by me that you don’t want anymore and haven’t been able to retrade, regift it or resell it feel free to transfer it back to me.
