My TOS is below and it is incredibly relaxed
AB is 60 USD, any money would go via kofi!
- I (MalJaws) own the rights to the artwork the design originated in
- You may do anything you want with them, they’re your character, not mine
- Don’t take credit for the design, I was the designer even if you 0r another redesigned them at any point
- Commercial rights come with the design, no extra charge
- With commercial rights you may make merchandise with the characters likeness for up until you no longer own the design, then the right is passed onto the new owner! I know this is unlikely to happen but Im adding it anyways
- There is no cooldown for being re-traded / resold / regifted, but its appreciated for them not bought to be traded off, but I’m not in your brain and you may do what you wish
- Please, please, don’t sell my designs for more than you’ve gotten them for
- Defined as any exchange of money, including vouchers, gift cards, species currency, etc, counts as a resale as money in any form is involved. All monetary value is null if traded for another character, art, etc, without any money involved
