• Her creator, other known as the god who brought the Elemental Angels into existence: She doesn't quite hold the appreciation of a particular rule that is set upon her kind. That being of the breeding restrictions, where an Elemental Angel of the same affinity can only be born once per generation line. If two were to be born on the same generation, the youngest will be taken away from the mortal world. If the biological parents were to act against the rule, then they will be punished harshly in return. Any from the first generation who goes against the creator will be immediately executed. Any other generations will receive three warnings, if daring to try to stop their infant from being taken away. One, be rough up from retaliation. Two, have your wings stripped away by painfully being ripped off. Three, immediate death. This rule can only take effect if conceiving a child that is of the Elemental Angel species. If were to given birth to any other species, then the parent is allowed to deliver as many as they please. Simply because their affinity can only be pass on to the Elemental Angel. No one else. And, to what concerns Bellissa the most about this rul is: A few had already begun to find a loop-hole to this rule. That being the parent can kill their own child to technically "reset" the generation. So those who happen to be highly disappointed towards their Elemental child they've brought into the world, due to not meeting their expectations, or simply wish to try parenthood again with the same kind, then they can remove the child from the mortal world and can give the attempt another go. To keep it short, it simply is just the "One Elemental Angel child per generation" that provides such rather cruel punishments..
