Gold and steel smith of the South. A mulish and stubborn girl who doesn't like change or people. Reclusive, cagey, has no love for anything apart from her forge and good, strong metal.

Known in rumours as the dragonscaled girl, due to her ability to control and withstand high temperatures. This trait, along with her natural instinct as a smith is also what makes her a godly weaponscrafter.

Not really widely known because she's a bit of a reclusive hermit and lives in a crypt, but she's pretty much the best smith in the South due to having some ~special god-given abilities~. She's occasionally commissioned by well-connected people for special weapons, though honestly she hates working for other people and only really accepts jobs if they bring her interesting materials to work with.

As a child she was already good with a forge... I don't care about her parentage but I'm just going to assume she's an orphan and eventually crawled into the crypts because it was nice and cool inside. Met a jackal god lost in the crypts and fed him, which ended up with her being blessed in thanks, and also spurring the beginnings of a decade-long one-sided friendship. Though initially easily irritable, due to his amiable nature she grew used to his companionship and the two become somewhat close.

Said jackal god would take her weapons and sell them, occasionally popping into the godswood to bless them -- this would eventually result in a series of godblessed weapons with unknown origins floating around the Southern markets.

She later finds out that he's afflicted with an incurable, terminal disease as his condition quickly deteriorates.

Shortly afterwards, she's approached and blackmailed by a certain noble into reforging the legendary blade of the Summer in exchange for her god-friend's health, and sent off on a worldly pilgrimage with her only companion being Lydia, an even-tempered dragon mount, and her only clue being an ancient scroll. As she travels the realms, she meets people and gods, gets tied up in seasonal affairs, and finally forges a blade of ~unity and love~, backed by her new experiences.
