Holli was born with bad eyesight to two swnwts [doctors] to which they brought her to the Goddess Whisperers asking what had happened to their child. The Goddess Whisperers dismissed this and scoffed; it was a ridiculous thing to ask the Whisperers why they were given an imperfect baby. At age 12, Holli displayed signs of becoming a Whisperer herself. She had visions from the goddess, Ereline, and was able to read books only they could. It was unheard of. Whisperers are born perfect physically and mentally. They resemble purity and are free from body limitations, yet here stood Holli who could barely see past her nose. It was impossible. Her mothers brought her a gift, which were a pair of glasses that they used all their savings on, in hopes it will give her a chance to see clearly. When Holli put them on, it was true. She could see. Still, once Holli was declared to be a Whisperer, she was pulled in for training. She had no choice; being one is a requirement if you show signs. Holli went through excessive studying and perfecting her movements to perform rituals. She refrained from many pleasures such as figurines and little trickeries like taking the last breed for herself. Thoughts were dangerous for a Whisperer; actions were detrimental. She worked harder than most girls because they often judged her for being near blind. She questioned their purity for having such bad-mannered thoughts. They thought nothing of that. They picked off her glasses everyday during practices, making sure she did everything on her own without help. She never complained. In the end, she learned, improved and outdid everyone. Her rituals were more likely to succeed than any other Whisperer in the village, and she was deemed to be the finest one in decades.

Rules
Goddess Whisperers is an honored occupation. Girls are chosen at the age of 12 typically, but they can chosen as late as the age of 14. Girls who are chosen are pure from birth to that age, meaning they show little sign of wickedness. Their intentions of doing anything are not filled with malice or deceit. Mistakes done during childhood does not make the child impure. Girls chosen are physically well and do not have defects to them such as loss of any of their senses, ability to use all of their body (i.e. be able to walk around fine), and their minds function fine (i.e they don't have any learning disability.) Signs that make one a Whisperer are being able to translate Ereline's first books, being able to hear Ereline herself, one's blood activates ritual crystals, can forsee certain nearby disasters, and be able to do spiritual readings. There are a few rituals Whisperers can do, but what they're best known for is their birth rituals. It's the only way to have children in Heliophoria.

Luxure; A Moral
Holli was always considered to be too good to be true. She was kind-hearted and gentle in every way. She saw the good in others and endured her hardships without a complaint. She barely had any ill thoughts either, but she was always questioning the way things were. In Luxure, there were troubling rules to follow that she felt disturbed by. She couldn't ignore them, but she couldn't do anything about it either. On her spare time, she spends her days reading. She loves to casually live her days looking at models from the human world, despite their faces being cropped out, and looking at the different clothing styles there were. She even fashioned her own outfit, incredibly inspired by how they make colors work so well on them. When she goes home from her work, she loves to spend time with her mothers and tries to make time for daydreaming. Though she doesn't hate being a Goddess Whisperer, she wishes she could live in her own little world.

Tiara Jinue
Tiara is one of the Goddess Whisperers that didn't mind Holli. Granted, she didn't try to befriend her but she tried to show her support in secret. She never doubted Holli once, feeling that the hypocrasy of others only meant there was a fallcy in the system. When Holli was recognized for her efforts, Tiara was the only one who got a hug from her.
