Taking after her mother, Libelle is a mischievous girl who's obsessed with the deep web, where she's become a popular programmer and creator of viruses and dangerous malware. She likes to believe theres nothing she can't hack, and no system she can't get into- and in some regards that's fair. She's a prodigy with code and easily made a name for herself in criminal rings.

However, she's cursed with a strong lust for adventure, and it drives her to further and further extremes seeking the rush of pulling off a truly masterful criminal act, something that will never be beat and go down in history.

She has a danger streak that her parents don't, and little care or recognition of others who stand in her way. She isn't necessarily cruel..but her sympathies are shallow and she comes across as selfish. She will ferociously pursue anything she wants with reckless abandon.

Her sister is pursuing a job in the government that she herself is trying to bring down, and the bitterness and rivalry between them grows stronger and stronger.

Libelle grew up with her parents and sister. While her sister saw her parents past of crime and troublemaking- Libelle wanted more. She got her start hacking accounts on the internet for games-for loot of course, before eventually navigating her way into back web crimes and illegal backdoors into government software. 

She thrives off the thrill of breaking down virtual walls and finding access to anything she wants. 

She is all self taught, but formally has a job as an IT person at a tiny local company as a cover where no one monitors what she's doing out of her backend server room...
