Lola is a vampire who has been around for hundreds and hundreds of years. She had lived a rather normal life by herself until she'd gotten turned by another vampire around her 29th birthday. At which point, she'd stopped aging entirely along with suffering all the other effects of becoming a vampire like low tolerance to the sun and her now ever constant bloodlust. Although distraught at first, she'd learned to live and adapt with it rather quickly and used chokers and other jewelry to hide or completely disguise her bites. For as much as anyone around her knew, nothing had changed about her. Except, perhaps, her peculiar use of parasols in the daylight. Somewhere along the line, she had fallen in love with a woman who she considered to be her true love, for forever and always. This woman was her always, her happily ever after. Though... this woman was a mortal, and would never live as long and she would. On many occasions, Lola had offered to turn her as well so that they would never have to bear with the pain of parting. She'd always refused to Lola's dissatisfaction, but that is what she wished... so she would have to make due. Through their years together they had met each other in secret on many occasions on account of their relationship being taboo in many senses of the word. They never joined together officially, but their hearts belonged to each other. Years passed, and now her love had a family of her own- her own husband and daughters whom Lola had loved fiercely. She lived almost vicariously though them though the background watching them with fervor as they grew older. Eventually, as all mortal things do, her love passed on, and Lola vowed it as her sworn duty to always fiercely protect any of her family as long as there was one still living. Up until their dying breaths. In present day, she pretty much oversees them and makes sure they never get into any big trouble. None of the remaining family know why. In fact, many don't know who Lola even is. To them, she just seems like the suspiciously weird and rich aunt that gives you a car and three Xboxes for Christmas.
Lola loves night life and going out places under the cover of the darkness. She loves parties, clubs, and any kind of fancy occasion. You name it, and she's on board! Being a vampire, she's been able accumulate a lot of wealth over the hundreds of years she's been alive and loves to go all out and spend all her money that she's accumulated over the years. Be it on drinks, on anonymous gifts for ladies she fancies, or for her nephews. She's always on the down low about being a vampire as to protect herself and her adoptive family. She stays about an armslength distance away from them at any given time- not revealing much of herself to them unless necessary.
Personality wise, you can certainly tell she's used to her now cushy lifestyle. She loves the high life- loving to pamper and spoiler herself and others with expensive gifts and gestures that no person should be able to easily afford. She's always wearing something that's worth more than your car at any one time. She holds herself up like an actress from the 50s would, being prim and proper to a fault. She finds it hard to make herself use any swears or bad language. She's cool, calm, and collected for the most part, not showing many emotions outwardly. Though she's managed not to become snooty with other people, surprisingly enough. That being said she is terribly picky about some things like the blood she drinks and what she will or wont wear. She's a bit stuck in time with how she tends to dress and act, and isn't exactly up to date with everything going on in the world.

-Only drinks blood from ladies. Even if she's desperate she will not settle for anything less like animal blood
