Jihp'chet

Jihp'chet is something akin to a witch or necromancer and spends more of his time on the bottom of the ocean working on his own "projects". He is shrewd and has littler regard for others. He is blamed for many disappearances of people from around the island. These accusations may or may not be true, people have no proof of these claims. He is distrusted by most and outright feared by some.
