Credit me as the original designer, even if there are tweaks added to the design. If it eventually becomes unrecognizable, you are free to do what you please with the original design, or return it to me.

Only add monetary worth to the character when works containing the said character have been PAID FOR.

In essence, do not resell the characters for higher than the original price unless there are additional works or commissions that have been paid for. Personal art does not count.

Any problematic situations that happen with the characters after I have given them away are not my responsibility. Make good decisions.

Also, it is preferred that NSFW is not drawn, as I have designed these characters as a minor….but ultimately, it is your choice, as the character belongs to you. Again, you do what you want with the character, but don’t drag me into any conflicts. After the character is sold to you, it’s yours, and I have nothing to do with it any longer.

Overall….just be smart and be fair. That’s all.
