Hekate Selank

Hekate is a mutant seadweller who lives in a dangerous swamp in a ramshackle hut. Any troll who went to investigate would find the hut to be empty, as she lives in a mostly-flooded basement, a trap door to it hidden under a carpet. She is actively afraid of being culled.
