Sage is a three-headed drake whose minds function both separately and together. They are not a hydra, but rather three fetuses that fused together within the same egg before hatching.
Gender: Intersex
Although the three heads share one body and a single name, each of them is an individual with their own thoughts and personality.
The orange head tends to be the most unserious and playful of the three. The black head is far more cautious and careful than their sibling heads. The middle head usually has the final say in most matters and is generally considered the most reliable of the three.
The yellow head is responsible for controlling the right side of the body, while the black head controls the left side and the tail. The middle head, despite not being assigned a specific part of the body, is mainly responsible for keeping the body fed. While the two outer heads are also capable of eating to some extent, they are not nearly as efficient at sustaining the body as their sibling in the middle.
Together, they are known as the Twins of Wisdom.
