Hult is a Volt type Mogwai, affinity Ying. She's precisely a Huli Jin. Hult is a scientist who studies and works illegally on transformations of Wisp into Reaper.
She's responsible for Vera & Harmony's transformations. However, she didn't psychologically tortured Harmony, only Vera was the victim of her most vicious experimentations. Hult has 3 tails, one of them is mechanical, it was cut by Vera when she fled with Harmony.
