Born to affluential parents in the tea trade, named for the trade that brought them success - as were her siblings. Poised and dignified with an electric temper and inflated sense of self-importance. Beneath it, genuine and caring, but struggles to show this in acceptable ways.

Practices magic, predominantly air and electric strains. Initially dreamed of being a vigilante, but has since settled on more reasonable goals - though only after she made a lot of trouble for herself and others.

Still an bright, electric personality with big dreams, but also learning how to be a better friend and a better person.
