At first you look and see a friendly man, then you see a lazy old fart that annoyingly chill.

Looks like he will die any day now, but never does so nobody can tell how old he truly is. Even if you ask him directly he will reply " a lady has to have her secrets " which is leaving everybody even more confused.

Specialized in exorcism, and charms for any occasion. Anything else he offers is a scam.
often gambles or drinks away any money he has on him so it is not shocking to see him live outside some shrine begging again for some money  asking for generous donations.

A liar and a chain smoker with what seems a chronic caught But under all this pretentiousness is a very kind and generous man that can't put his life together since he simply given up on himself but that doesn't mean he doesn't care about others.
He likes to give real advise and share his life experience tho some is a made up but is always with the best intention. Kodo won't flinch for a moment to give the money he has away to somebody in need (he often gets robbed but he let's it slide "they must really need it if they had to turn to crime" (fukin hypocrite))
