"Oh- sorry, am I in the way? Hold on so sorry I'll move- no I'm sorry that's on me you don't need to apologize I'm so sorry"
Personality
Michael is used to giving up things he liked. He noticed how grown ups around him favoured his twin much more than him, and Michael started to paralell their way of thinking. If anyone were to ask Michael for something he was holding, even if his life were to be linked to the object, he'd give it up without a fight.
As a result of this train of thought, Michael has stopped believing things he has are his. His friends aren't truly his-- they'll leave at any moment, they're not actually there to be friends with Michael. His personality isn't who he is, he's just some walking shell.
Despite these... less than appealing thoughts, Michael is just a generally nervous guy. He tries not to speak unless spoken to, he loves mecha anime, and has an old pokemon card collection. He's just a dude who's not fully tethered to Earth.
Story
Growing up, Michael wasn't super close to his twin, Callum. Callum got all the attention from those around the twins, and he became a bit twisted due to it. Callum noticed the way Michael was feeling throughout their childhood together, and he decided to up the severity of it. This means that Michael would likely have turned out fine and would feel more attached to his life if his brother was not born as twisted as he was.
Michael decided to lead his life as chilled out as possible in high school, but a transfer student took a liking to him, causing people to flock around him. Michael doesn't absolutely hate this, but he's got this weird feeling in his chest. He feels like maybe, just maybe, when this person leaves, he might try to fight it for once.
