Description
Side character in the show "Just Desserts."
Appears originally as a suspect, but after Bruce clears his name he swears to help the crew out whenever he can. He becomes an informal driver for the crew, lending his car and plane for travel. In later seasons when the crew has to make a getaway in unorthodox vehicles, he proves himself insanely capable of learning quickly how to navigate in them. When he pumps up his favorite music he can drive rather recklessly but his style of driving and accelerating is unforgettable. 

His plane's name is "Jim" (short for Jimothy) and he doesn't typically tell anyone this because people tend to make fun of him for it and it hurts his feelings. Once a season, he seems to crash Jim spectacularly but it somehow comes out unscathed, or at least with a ding that is disproportionately little to the amount of damage it should have sustained. In the one season he didn't crash it, people made much speculation about it. In the finale of the aforementioned season, the hangar the plane is in explodes and Champ is very distraught about it and Bruce must find the culprit. The next season his plane appears completely intact, however. 

In season 13 when the aliens appear, he sacrifices himself and Jim to crash into the alien spacecraft, seemingly dying in the process.
There was a movie that followed this historic season called "Just Desserts: Pie in the Sky (featuring Dante from the Devil Makes Pies series)" where it is revealed he is still alive, albeit brainwashed by the aliens. The crew spends the majority of the movie trying to get him back.

Carmen: That alien vehicle is right on our tail, Bruce!
Bruce: Dammit Carmen, I know! God I wish Champ were here to bail us out.
Carmen: Bruce!
Bruce: What??
Carmen: The alien car is driving weird! It... it kind of reminds me of--
Bruce: Champ??
Carmen: Who else drives like that, bro?? We only know ONE PERSON who can drift like that!
Bruce: Impossible! He's dead! He definitely can't be...
Dante: The dead, just like yeast, have a CUHRAYZY habit of rising

His favorite food is salted fish.
