Greg lives in a small town called Barnyard a little ways from the lower city. It's where most of the crops are grown to send to Aslite and the upper city. His childhood is filled with crops and animals, and he's fascinated by anything but that. He likes to pretend he has a magical pet like his friend Edward, but it's just a tadpole in a jar.
His hoodie was made by his grandma, who runs a silkworm farm near the edge of town. She likes to spoil him with original clothes, hence the frog hoodie shirt and his socks.
