Asterchirp is a very sweet individual with a bubbly personality, she is outgoing and very talkative but at times lacks social awareness. Aster is rather naive at this point in her life and tends to find herself in tricky situations, often making her the perfect subject for a prank or an easy scapegoat for others to use in their schemes. A few might go as far as to say that she's rather ditzy, though she finds the remark less hurtful than one might expect. Aster is simply curious by nature and although she might not always understand something, she'll be eager to learn. While she tries her best to be mindful of others, she sometimes forgets- but this isn't to say that she's rude or inconsiderate. In fact Aster tries to always consider the feelings of those around her. Sometimes things just slip her mind- Aster is a daydreamer after all. They get lost in thought. Despite the fact that they sometimes lack focus, Asterchirp is a determined young warrior and they're set on providing for those that they love. It's notable that despite not being the strongest warrior they are extremely protective and they are incredibly loyal- almost blindly so in some cases.

Asterchirp was born into a small twoleg community and spent most of her life growing up as a house cat. However, the limitations of a backyard never stopped Aster’s ever growing curiosity- wherever there was trouble to be found, Aster wasn't far away. Without a doubt, every time. Aster was born to Squirreltail and Parkway, although she never knew her father. Thankfully, Aster’s mother was sure to pass down her memories, ensuring that Aster knew of the warrior that her father was rather than the sickness that had sunk its claws into him. Squirreltail also told her many great tales of her homeland and the clans that she'd been forced to leave behind after being captured by the house folk. Including stories of her siblings, Nettlenose and Morelsight. One kit was a dear loss and the other she'd been taken from far too soon. Oftentimes she would tell Aster of her time as Nettle’s mentor, taking the time to explain the ranks of a clan and the ways that a warrior must settle into their role after moons of training. Squirreltail would even tell her about Starclan- though Aster always found it a bit silly. It's not that she wasn't curious about starclan but it was like trying to memorize herbs, they simply couldn't understand- And not for their mother's lack of trying, it just wasn't something that they could ever wrap their mind around. Of all the stories she'd been told, Aster always found the clans the most fascinating. More times than she could count she would sit in the backyard to watch the stars and wonder if her mother's family was doing the same. Over the moons, these names floating in her head became more than figments and it was almost like they were calling to her in some way. Switchblade, Nettlepaw, Morelsight, Parkway. It was like an entire part of her was missing. Aster always hated being confined to the small space of a twoleg house. They wanted to be free, to live their life as Squirreltail once had all those moons ago. So, when the opportunity came along, Aster seized it.
