About
Sable lives in the woods in a cabin alone! That doesn't mean they're unfriendly, though- far from it! This cheerful and even-tempered strudel loves company and adventure, but is held back by their physique- delicate skin under long angora fur, an unwieldy tail, and sensitive, comically oversized ears make for bruises and tangles aplenty. Sable supports themself by harvesting the rare bioluminescent Wanderer's Lamp Mushroom, which only they can seem to hunt down in the forest they call home, and takes semi-regular trips to nearby strudel cities to get their monthly dose of culture before heading home to nurse their ensuing bumps and comb the knots out of that silky pelt. Sable has almost no set sleep schedule and becomes almost fully nocturnal in summer due to their intolerance for heat. Their cabin has a firepit and welcoming porch and is fully equipped for guests at any time- thanks to their social nature but delicate frame, they love having guests on familiar turf.

-A bit quiet, but not shy. Chooses their words carefully.
-Can be easily overwhelmed. Has rather sensitive hearing and is sensorily vulnerable. They won't complain, but they aren't shy about taking a lot of time to recharge if they're made uncomfortable.
-A cautious optimist. Holds a special dislike of nihilism and its proponents.
-Big, for a strudel! Surprisingly strong under all that fluff and chronic pain. Can get things off the tall shelf.
-Despite their calm temperament Sable was the winner of the Inaugural Midveil Games. Tread with caution.
