Evelynn

Evelynn is a cat who has a lot of love to give. By nature she's always been a cheerful and peppy cat, though the teachingings of her community grew this trait. As a pure child that stood by the Gods she always made sure to be as kind as she could possibly be. She's great at being able to pick up subtle mood shifts in others and always reaches out to make sure they're fine. Because she's more giving than most, she's able to remove herself from situations in order to treat everyone without bias.

One of the things Evelynn loves the most is physical touch. She loves showing affection by brushing up against others, grooming them and especially loves cuddling. Her intentions are always pure, she just is an overly affectionate cat. Next to being touchy, she also is extremly outgoing and extraverted. There isn't a cat that she would be unwilling to strike up a conversation with, good or bad. Her faith in her community and the gods keeps her grounded and her unwavering devotion shows. She's eager to help in any way she can and is often chosen for small odd tasks that need to be done.

With Evelynn's upbringing there's a lot about the world she doesn't know. Much of her knowledge is very basic and child like. Because of this and her sheltered childhood she's also incredibly gullible. It's always hard for her to imagine being decieved as she always sees the best in anyone, thus leaving her suseptable to being tricked. She's also not super aware of her surroundings and can often miss out on obvious things that may be happening around her when she's focused on something.

Birth

‣ Born from a loving mother and father.

‣ At 3 moons of age her father grew ill and weak, making life much more challenging for her mother and siblings. There were days they had nothing, and others where they had just enough to make ends meet.

‣ At 4 moons a cat, Kazimir, with serveral kittens entered their world. He stayed with Evelynn as her parents slowly withered away. When they passed he consoled her and took her in just like the rest of the kits.

‣ Finally, Evelynn was well fed and had a large group to help fill the emptiness she felt after her parent's passing. It didn't last for long, though.

‣ Cats came that she thought were there to help them, as some have before. They coaxed her with food and affectionate words to follow them. Unbeknownst to her, they would take her away from Kazimir and the other kittens forever.

‣ The cats attack Kazimir in hopes of taking more of the children, but he manages to escape with everyone except Evelynn. He left her behind in an effort to keep everyone safe..

‣ Evelynn begins her life with the cult that she only knows now as a different community.

Indoctrination

‣ For a while Evelynn would ask for Kazimir and the kittens but eventually as time passed her memories of them began to fade

‣ As she grew she would be told of both The Watchers and those aflicted by the Rose Fever. Those with the Rose Fever were sinners who had been aflicted to pay the price of their actions, meanwhile The Watchers were seen as Gods.

‣ Evelynn took in everything like a sponge and was the picture of a perfect child. She was innocent, questioned nothing and held onto their faith with a vice grip

Occasionally some cats would come and go. Unbeknownst her her, members of her community would be striken with the Rose Fever. The events would never reach the ears of the small kits, though. She would simply notice that some cats she knew would suddenly be gone.

Adulthood

‣ Transitioning from a child into an Adult came with different resposibilities. As a child she was sheltered away from the plights of the world around her, and it was upheld as she grew older for the most part.

‣ The other Adults around her didn't think she would take well to the truth of how they managed things. Evelynn wouldn't be able to handle getting rid of the sinned Rose Fevered cats and most certainly would struggle with ripping children away from their parents.

‣ The task they ended up giving her was leading children back to the community. After dealing with their parents she would be called over to talk to the children and coax them in with sweet words, just like how she was taken.

‣ Evelynn no longer remembered her original family or even Kazimir, and had been told that she'd been found abandoned.

Current

‣ Evelyn hears the call of The Watchers, she feels the pull of her soul towards a beaming light in the sky. She follows.
