While Teo is definitely a living creature, he doesn't seem to be entirely there. There are odd moments where his bones may bend the wrong way, he doesn't get hurt when he should, and other such things. It's as if his body is loosely being held together. He feels disturbing to be around and often scares any ember he so much as nears. Will-o'-the-wisps linger about him, sometimes appearing in his footsteps. They either lazily float after him or disappear shortly after. Either way, they only increase his bad aura. With unexplained magical abilities, Teo can change his shape. Typically, this shapeshifting is reserved for a cat, rabbit, and red ball of yarn, as these are the forms he feels most comfortable with and has no trouble holding up. On the rare occasion, he may shift into something else, but he dislikes doing it as the feel of other bodies ranges from awkward to borderline painful to disgusting. There's not much inside Teo. He has a network of veins like other living creatures, but instead of blood, a milk-like substance courses through them. Other than that and a spare muscle here and there, he's empty. This extra space is used to store whatever he chooses. Whatever he swallows can easily spit back out. Typically, though, he steals milk and cream from the dwellings of the lizard men to take to unknown locations. Along with his name, his collar has a series of words and symbols that don't make much sense. He claims that a certain person near and dear to him gave him the collar, but she has never been seen. On occasion, he speaks to the woman, but no returning voice can be heard even though he appears in the midst of a conversation. Besides these little chats, Teo speaks with her in great lengths when he brings her the stolen milk. Being near her presence gives him peace and comfort. This strange lady is the one who created him from only wood shavings and blood.
Typically, Teo acts as if he knows something you don't. He's on the happy side, but in an evil looking sort of way. A known troublemaker, it's rumored that the dark Scarfyz brings bad luck wherever he goes. Although he is quite friendly and social, there's something about him that makes others want to run. He speaks in a calm, coy, and almost flirtatious manner with several eerie chuckles mixed in. If someone manages to tolerate him, he feels almost obligated to casually annoy them until they can stand him no longer. If confronted about this (or any of his other wrongs, for that matter), he will feign innocence in a slightly exaggerated and almost condescending way. Teo can be cruel, enjoying the pain and bewilderment of others. Often, he creeps about the night, causing grievances to whoever happens to be in his line of sight. He seems almost completely unaware of the concept of empathy. He's an avid liar as well as thief and glutton. He's almost always contented and absolutely always confident in himself.
