Charlie Darrion Beckman is the eldest son in the Beckman family. After loosing both their parents, Charlie was seen as the head of the family as oppose to his younger sister, Piper Senlia Beckman, and worked tirelessly to try and help get by, before both were adopted by the Xhaxi Family. After a family vacation to see a spaceship, Charlie began to have a desire to become a space explorer and would constantly play Alien Attack with his adopted father, Xaden. With this desire burning within, Charlie soon would go to university to study space engineering and later how to be an astronaut. Training to be an astronaut, Charlie spends most of his time studying and less time with friends and family, which put a strain on everyone besides Xaden who had known of his dream. Though Charlie was consumed by his studies, he did happen to stumble across Jane Shepard and developed a very close bond with her. Though he was beginning to feel the butterflies for her, Charlie who often comment on Piper's romance to Garrett Valarian, which she would retort with his relationship before the two spiral into a heat debate on their love lives.

Xaden Vald Xhaxi was Charlie's adoptive father and was also the main prompter for Charlie's interest in space exploration. Though Xaden would later pass away from a heart attack, Charlie always felt as though he was a real father to him and made his dream of becoming an astronaut even more of desire, maybe just so he could see if there was anything or maybe a chance to touch the same sky were Xaden is.
Zachary Dorian Xhaxi is the younger brother to Xaden, Charlie's uncle, and Piper's adoptive father. Zachary and Charlie don't have the most strongest relationship and is constantly strain by both sides. Zachary would also put a bit more focus on Piper, not because he didn't love Charlie, but mainly because she was emotional and Charlie would be pushed to the side.
Piper Senlia Beckman is the biogical sister of Charlie and the adoptive daughter to Zachary. Though both grew up together, Piper and Charlie's relationship is strained to the point of the two seeing each other more as strangers rather than siblings. Piper and Charlie also get into large and long debates on each other's love life, with Charlie thinking he is defending his sister, and would cause more headaches and fights in Zachary's home.
