Ownership Rules

• This is a VERY CLOSED SPECIES.

• Designs may only be created by me or from my official bases/custom slots.

• You may not make your own version of the species without permission.

• When you own one, you are borrowing the design, not the species rights.

Trading / Selling

• You may NOT trade, sell, or gift these characters without contacting me first.

• If you no longer want your character, I must be contacted first before it goes to anyone else.

• I have first right to buy back or reclaim the design.

• I may deny transfers to certain people.

• Characters may NOT be sold or traded to people I blacklist.

• Customs are only made through my official base or through me directly.

• Please do not heavily edit the base beyond allowed customization.

Allowed:

• Colors

• Markings

• Accessories

• Minor stylistic changes

Not Allowed:

• Altering the species anatomy

• Turning them into a different species

• Removing key species traits

These characters and the species itself mean a lot to me emotionally.

Please:

• Do not redesign them into something unrecognizable

• Do not resell for profit without permission

• Do not involve them in drama or harassment

If these rules are ignored, the design may be revoked and returned to me.

I will gladly buy them back or trade for them.

I want these characters to stay safe with people who truly care about them.
