【 PERSONALITY 】

Bone is known as arrogant, pushy, and rude. He rarely cares for the opinions of others. His way, or the highway. In any group he joins, he must be the leader. Obviously, he knows the most, so why would he follow some other animal around? They're just wasting his time! He believes himself to be of superior intellect and is hesitant to accept when he is wrong. Only his two closest companions have seen the softer side of him. Well, 'soft' is a stretch. Not to say that he opens up, but he will put his guard down and let himself laugh when he is in their company.

Rumors about him paint Bone as a vicious brute, unafraid to get his paws dirty. While this is somewhat true, his companions are typically able to steer him away from fights. He has a natural, mysterious charisma to him (at least whenever he keeps his mouth shut). His commanding personality draws in followers with ease. However, whenever he comes across others of similar nature, they'll be quick to butt heads!

【 DETAILS 】

PATTERNS

His main fur is a dusty grey, with a slight purplish hue to it. He bears a similar appearance to common blue merle shepherd, but with some deviation due to his mixed breed. His muzzle is a cream white, that flows down into a giant white mane (it stops at his chest, it does not continue down his belly). His forearms, down to his paws, have this same cream color, while his back paws only have a small amount of it on their tips. From his cheeks to muzzle-edge, is a light brownish color that frames his eyes. The brown cheeks of his are notable for being very large and elegant. His nose and pawpads are noted to be speckled, a combination of black and dark pink. The inside of his ears also have this combination, but is typically never seen. His ears are a dark grey. Bone has icy blue eyes that seem to chill you to the core.

His most notable marking is the giant splotch on his side, almost in the shape of a curvy 'Z'. This marking is very distinct and takes the place of the typical spots that dogs of his breed usually have. Besides this big marking, his body is patterned with a few smaller splotches, most notably on his shoulderblade.

【 RELATIONSHIPS 】

Quill
Father figure

Quill is a boxer dog with a docked tail. He found Bone as a puppy, after he had escaped. He was the one to help Bone and show him how the city worked, when everyone else pushed him away. Bone greatly cherishes the time he shared with Quill.

Mouse
Friend

Mouse is a feline that Bone saved from certain death. The two are unlikely friends, not only due to their species, but their conflicting personalities. It is unclear if they are friends out of necessity to survive, or they actually like each other.

Squirrel
Friend

Squirrel is part of Bone's rag-tag group of strays. He is a beagle that was abandoned as a pup and found locked up to a fence. Bone is vocal about his dislike of Squirrel but lets him come along and saves him in fights.

Mandarin
Friend

Mandarin and Bone have a complicated relationship. They befriended each other at a young age in the Canis Yorks. The two simply work together well, and Bone became the rock that gave Mandarin the courage to leave the Canis Yorks.

Bumper
Enemy

Bumper hates Bone with a passion. Bone thinks of Bumper as an annoying thorn in his side. In fact, he wishes he could just get rid of this little runt!

Quest
Enemy

Bone doesn't know much about Quest. She is a puppetmaster from the shadows. She knows all that happens in her territory, and even Hepling reports to her.

Dixon
Rival

Dixon has a certain beef with Bone. He sees Bone as a threat to his relationship with Mandarin. Their friendship must end!

Breeze
Mother

Bone is a pup from one of Breeze's many litters. She grew up as a farm dog, and was sold to what appeared to be a loving family. But, they turned around and used her as breeding stock. She still remembers her youth and the plains she loved to explore.
