Helen

Helen was born with a chromosomal disorder that caused her body to age extremely slowly, and now she is over 300 years old while still looking only 15.  However, her immune system is weak; she catches sickness easily, and her health is frail.  All her bodies' strengths have been strained to the limit because of her intolerably long life for a "human."

Still, Helen loves life.  She values every minute because she could be gone in the blink of an eye; she has no guarantee that, no matter what, she won't die.  Helen lives by pouring her heart and soul into the people around her, living as a guardian angel for their children, grandchildren, great-grands, and on.  

Now, she believes God has blessed her with a reprieve: his name is Hallr, and he is the one man in the world who will not leave her behind.
