Design Terms of Use
What you can do :
- Use the design for personal projects (OCs, roleplay, stories, etc.). This includes adding to artfight!
- Resell or trade the adopt but not for a price higher than you bought the adopt (unless additional pieces of art are added)
- Use it for commercial purpose (Merch, etc.) ONLY if you have purchased commercial rights.
- Alter the design (not too much so the original design gets lost)
What you can't do :
- Remove the design off of toyhouse!!!!
- If you hide the character authorize me as I would like to be able to view all of my designs!
- Remove my images from their profile
- Send my designs to shelters! If you find yourself not wanting the character anymore and no one is taking them, send them back to my account or BluesSafeHouse
- Claim the original design as your own creation
- Use the design for NFTs, AI training, or anything else related
- Use it for hate speech or offensive purposes.
By purchasing/trading, you agree to these terms and accept full ownership of the character.

You can always return the design to me if you lose connection or are leaving the site! I will put them in BluesSafeHouse for someone else to find them or to house them if you leave.
