Akuma is an Alaken Malamute from an alter universe, similar to ours. However biggest difference is, its only inhabited by hyper intelegant/advanced ferals. There are no humans or anthos what so ever. This universe is ruled by a single high counsel. The No Petto family serves this counsel as not only its royal guard but also over look the breeding program(reproducing is regulated here, they only want the best and strongest gens to producte). Akuma is the top breeder in this program, he was supposed to take over as director from his father but was sent to our universe to observe how we live..

Akuma is...well for lack of a better word a player. Acts like he is tough shit because in his universe he is(but in our world he's nothing and refuse to accept that). He will breed with any female that lets him. He's not one to take no for an answer and is as bull headed as can be, rather than looking at a problem rationally he will charge in head first.
