About Kaida
The former ferocious beta of Fang Stings and the current female alpha of Trout Lake, Kaida has earned herself quite the reputation as both a legend and a vicious she-wolf to be feared.
Kaida is pretty even-tempered. She rarely loses her composure and tends to be focused on her job. She carries herself with authority, charisma and drive, and is willing to throw her weight around to keep any slackers in line. From the moment she’d learned to walk, she understood that greatness was not simply given, it had to be taken. She had no desire to follow in anyone’s shadow, and the weight of her father’s tyrannical rule was something she was determined to cast off.

She wasn’t merely interested in surviving,Kaida sought to thrive. Whether it was her calculated rise to power in Fang Stings or her eventual leadership in Trout Lake, her ambition never wavered. Her hard work is the backbone of her success. Kaida didn’t believe in shortcuts or luck. Every success or victory she achieved is the result of countless hours of training, strategizing, and pushing herself to be better than she had been the day before. Independence is a core part of her being. She doesn’t need anyone’s approval to make her decisions, and though she valued the input of those she trusted, she carried the weight of leadership alone when necessary. The autonomy she had fought so hard to attain was something she would never compromise.

Everything began with the alpha of a pack called Fang Stings. Fang Stings was a growing pack, thriving under a reign of tyranny. Taipan, the male alpha, ruledwith an iron fist, his authority enforced on the pack through brutal displays of power and an unrelenting demand for loyalty. To him, strength was the only currency that mattered, and weakness was an offense punishable by violence. Under his leadership, Fang Stings expanded rapidly, their borders stretching further with each passing season. No neighboring pack was safe from their ambition. Taipan drove his wolves relentlessly, pushing them constantly into battle and raids to claim new hunting grounds and drive rivals from their territories. Blood was spilled often, their victories accompanied by brutal displays of violence. The pack's reputation spread quickly. Fang Stings was feared, its name whispered with dread across the vast landscape of Yellowstone. Soon the male alpha’s interest was caught by a young rogue wolf living within the vast territory of Fang Stings. The blonde femme’s name was Brisa, a young she-wolf seeking protection. Brisa was a wolf who thrived on solitude, which is why she never chose to join Taipan’s pack, Fang Stings. The relationship between the rogue and the male alpha was a secret kept from the rest of the pack. Soon the couple welcomed a litter of four pups. Despite Taipan’s efforts, Brisa refused to be a part of the pack-life, keeping herself and her pups away from Fang Stings. With the growing realization of Taipan’s tyrannical rule over the territory, Brisa vowed to stay away from the black wolf. But fate was unkind. As winter claimed the vast landscape, Brisa’s health began to falter. Soon, the illness took hold over her body. She hid it as best she could, unwilling to let her illness be known to her growing pups. But the illness grew stronger, sapping her strength and leaving her unable to follow through on her plans. By the time winter was in full force, Brisa could barely stand. Her once bright nature dulled with exhaustion, and she knew her time was slipping away. In the end, she was forced to make an impossible choice: to leave her pups behind in the hands of their tyrannical father, trusting that their strength, and perhaps a part of her love, would see them through. One cold morning, the pups found that their mother was gone. She had abandoned at the camp grounds of Fang Stings and disappeared into the icy expanse. While Brisa had wandered off to die alone, sparing her pups the pain of watching her waste away, the young pups could only see it as selfish abandonment. It was weeks later, that a patrol found her lifeless body curled beneath the bare branches of an oak tree. To Taipan, Brisa’s death wasn’t a tragedy but rather an opportunity. Her absence cleared the path for him to mold his pups in his image, unchallenged by her influence. When he looked at one of the pups,her coat as black as a raven’s feathers, he didn’t see his daughter but his heir. His successor. A creature he could forge into an extension of his own power.

Design notes
Nalu stands tall and slim, an imposing anthro figure covered in sleek, dark grey fur.
Long, furry ears emerge from her hair, her blue eyes have subtle red reflections, further highlighted by stark white eyelashes.
Her hands and feet end in sharp, blue claws, and a long, black, pointed tail swishes behind her with a predatory grace.
Her hair is long, dark and unkept reflecting her untamed nature.
Her outfit mixes intimidation with mobility. She wears a coat adorned with fur on the shoulders and black spikes. Below, her attire is minimalist: a shirt without sleeves, shorts paired with thin leggings perfect for swift, unhindered movement.
Signs of battle are evident of her body, some scars healed better than others. Nalu also has diamond markings on her forehead and chest
Her time in the city had a great influence on her outfit. As long as they aren't in the way of fighting she doesn't mind accessorizing a bit.
