Please only resell my designs for money if you: 

A. Purchased them for money originally. 

B. Traded art or a character with monetary value for them.

C. Have bought or made extra art of them yourself since obtaining them.

However, my designs owned by you may always be traded even if you got them as a gift. And can always be gifted as well, of course!

You may make my designs open/closed species forms (waterdog, ornatroxi, crylinko, etc.) as long as I maintain my credit for the original design, the species design isn’t separated from the original design, the original design is not deleted entirely, and you follow all of the species tos. <3

You may not make breedable adoptables, parent/sibling (with a strong obvious resemblance), or other designs that may take heavy obvious inspiration from my designs, without my explicit written permission. As I believe these often boarder on design theft. 

You may make any design changes you’d like to the character once they’re yours, but you may not edit my art without my permission. (I am most likely happy to edit it for you anyways if needed.)

If a character design of mine is redesigned extensively beyond recognition I may choose to revoke my designer credit.

If ever you no longer want a design made by me and are thinking about deleting it, I am always happy to have my designs gifted back to me. Though this is not mandatory, I would definitely appreciate it over deletion.

NONE of my art or designs may EVER be used for the purpose of hate speech, or as nfts. Doing so will result in a permanent blacklist and possibly further action as I see fit.
