I DON'T HAVE ALOT FIGURED OUT YET,,, but I think she was tricked in some way into sinning (probs by rude gf) and hence MORPH

I don't have a solid idea for what she looked like as an angel, but I feel she may have been there a long time 

She maintains a tender, motherly aura as she always has (was a humanitarian working w/ children in life, and looked after children in heaven) 

But now that she's in hell w/out anything stopping her from Goin' Nuts she is significantly less patient, and way more bitchy when antagonized

ALSO I HAD A THOUGHT that she like immediately adopts any Hell Kid she comes across, and I think she maybe helped in reforming a few. 

idk how many Youths are in hell??? but i thought that'd be Neat and Tragic :^)
