Design Terms of Use

These rules apply to all products I sell, whether it be full adoptable designs or outfit designs.
I. Reselling / Trading
All designs are to be resold for the same amount you paid for them. However, exceptions can be made.
a. if you bought commissions or physical goods of the character, you are allowed to add in the cost of the piece, if the original artist allows it.
b. if you have created an intricate piece, you are allowed to speak with me privately to contest a price for the art. Designs obtained through trading are to be traded only. You are allowed to reveal value of the character, but do not use this to gain profit. Designs received as a gift are not to be resold. You may ask me if they can be traded, but the answer will likely be no.
II. Commercial Use
Commercial use is allowed for my designs and outfits, etc. obtained from me. Virtual or physical goods are both allowed. However, if you plan on using my product commercially, I do not allow my original art to be used. You must provide your own art / products if you want to use them commercially.
III. Products
As I stated above, any sort of product is allowed if you wish to use them commercially or even personally. These are including, but not limited to- charms, comics, figurines, buttons, prints, plushies, etc. If you wish to mass produce any of these items, please talk to me first.
IV. Recoloring / Editing
I allow my designs and products to be edited and recolored to fit your needs. However, I will edit or recolor it for free if I have the time. Feel free to ask for any edits at any time. I do not allow my art to be edited via commission from someone else, meaning: do not pay anyone to edit my work. If you decide to edit by yourself, please show me your edits. Do not try to use this method to sell off the design for a higher price.
V. Redistributing / Reposting
You are allowed to re-post the product to your page on any website as long as I am given clear credit for the design. Please watermark any original files to prevent others from stealing. I will provide you with a free watermark upon request. I do not allow un-watermarked, original files to be posted without my consent.
Purchasing any of my products means that you have read and will abide by these rules. These rules are subject to changing in the future. If you choose to break any of these rules, I reserve the right to refuse to sell to you and blacklist you.
All sales are final.
