This tiger has blue flames they can wield in bursts, like a flamethrower, and or cloak themselves in it. They can shift into a larger more ferocious quadruped form. The leaves burn away as the flames are used, (more quickly in beast form, or when using a lot of power) when the leaves are gone the power runs out and the leaves take some time to grow back.
