A former pampered house cat who got abandoned. He's sweet, just only when he wants to be...
He's a secret boss fight to "punish" one-shot/solo cats. He's immune to instakills, and has 2 phases in one fight. In his first phase he will act docile(?) by not attacking until he's attacked, and his attacks do -4 points less damage than usual. But DON'T rush him, because if you do, he'll do more damage the more hits are landed on him in one turn. In his final phase, aka the "hostile" phase, (below 50% HP) he gets tired of being hit and gets two turns in a row. If you DO manage to defeat him, you get Crowned Collar, which doubles the wearer's attack stat, BUT halves their health and makes them more likely to be targeted.
