A mostly silent woman who runs the palace observatory, spending her time logging constellations and archiving the stories of them. She adores books, and writes her own in her free time. She prefers to communicate through facial expressions and gestures than words. She's the older sister of Vera, but their age gap is so large that they never really got close.
