"Dog"

"Dog" is an ex member of the SCP foundation as a ɛ-11 "Nine Tail Fox" unit member. Sole survivor member of his team during of the ███████████████ incident. After this he covered his identity and face becoming untraceable by the foundation. He joined the Chaos insurgency as a Gamma-Class then ranked up higher due to his high military and foundation knowledge.
He insists on participating in foundation raids as much as he can.

His callsign "Dog" comes from the fact that he collect the dog tags of people he killed and keep them as trophy. He is not only feared by the foundation but also by low ranking Insurgency members for his unnatural behavior and appearance. Some people in the insurgency make theories of why he hide his face. 

"Dog" survived multiple gunshots and wounds that shouldve been fatale due to his use of SCPs, luck and high body muscle mass.

"Dog"doesnt care what people gender him as, he use any pronouns (just cauz he dgaf) but people often call him a "he" due to his height and appearence.

Dog is franco-russian but lives in america.
