Rue's a bit of an enigma. They don't talk to many people other than their few close friends. They've got a slightly sleepy, almost bored way about them, that seems to come from them having been alive for quite a long ass time. Currently, they're studying toxicology at {READACTED} University, since they heard there was a good program for it.

Appearance

Rue slouches almost uncomfortably at the average height of 5'7. They look mostly average, besides the stitches running along their face, joints, and legs. But, funnily enough this is all just a cleverly mixed glamour. Rue's body is essentially a burlap puppet with a heart, brain, and eyes. When they're alone, or tired, this is what they truly look like.

Name

Ruth, with its air of calm and compassion, was the third most popular name in the 1890s, remaining in the Top 10 through the 1920s. It's still in use today as some parents tiring of Rachel and Rebecca are giving Ruth a second thought. Some see such Old Testament girls’ names as Ruth and Esther rising on the heels of boy equivalents Abel and Moses.
