backstory synopsis: tony was the first zeraora born in alola who quickly moved to kalos kingdom within 3 years erasing himself effectively from others memories. Only the tapu's and solgalelo understood why it was mostly selfish reasons he did it after his experimentations. Tony River was the first mechanic to apply machine and science to creating prosthetics,special capture balls and various other investment's. He was well known as the Cog of Kalos often being found in this specific region, he was often busy tinkering. It was a faithful day when maxim approached him with the plans to design a weapon to trap yveltal and xerneas, the morality of catching family didn't dawn on Tony. He just wanted to see what he can do and lo and behold kalos got Fucking nuked by the device.... fucking douche bag dino blew up Tony's workshop.

his actions didn't go unpunished as Ion essentialy threw the book at the dumbass cat and forced him to reflect on his actions. 20 years in distortion world prison and only allowed out for good behavior pluton was essentialy the chaotic uncle to ion's order. So upon his return to kalos he heard the dino went ballistic and just kinda ghosted that relationship for 2 generation's and took up archery. He found being a hitman more up his alley and retired from River industries leaving it in the hands of his capable blind buizel son Tide river. The zeraora peaced out once more and became known as Tony rivera the silencer, one shot is all he needs.
