A lovely lad, Ruffles is a clown who just want to see people smile. He's rather timid and shy when you first meet him, but when he opens up, he'll play you a little juggling and some kazoo songs. He has no owner but he's okay with that. He's got his own little space, with his tent and giant ball pool and is pretty close to the city so if he ever runs out of face paint, it's easy to get them.

It's always weird to see a clown walk alone without it's owner but the city has recognised Ruffles as a self-sufficient clown. It should be expected since he's a half breed of fine Pierrots and the hilarious Whitefaces. The city counsel have put upon Ruffles a protection ticket, so that no one can claim the clown. Life for Ruffles is very much good.
