He only exists if a person is having emotional issues, but if he can’t find a host all he can be found is in shadows. He doesn’t have a physical form unless attached to a person. As of now, he does not have a host, the form in his ref sheet is his manifested form.

In his physical form, he can talk. If he’s in his shadow form, as of right now, he is unable to talk.

Azazel is always stuck in shadows, if the area has light he will not be able to show up.
