Personality

Eliza is known for being confident, sarcastic, and unmatched at the hunt. She's quick to put others in their place, but is viciously protective and loyal to a fault. She makes an invaluable companion to any who earns her friendship. Eliza knows she's a beauty and is use to being flirted with constantly. She may deny she likes attention, but deep down she loves the feeling of being wanted. She'll play along just to see how much food she can get out of it, but has no desire for a committed relationship after the death of her husband. She is blunt, and the lack of sugarcoating things sometimes makes her appear apathetic. Eliza is probably one of the most stubborn wolves around. She'll cling to whatever she believes in with an undeniable determination, but this can make her blind to seeing other people's point of view. She's prideful and absolutely hates admitting she's wrong. Eliza isn't the most patient wolf. While she's quick to pick up on tasks, she expects the same from others. It doesn’t take much for her to get annoyed and begin snapping when others aren’t catching on, making her a terrible teacher and pupsitter.

History

Eliza was born in the Howling Peak Pack, a pack located within the snowy mountains and bred to withstand harsh environments. She was a large pup and bigger than the other children of the pack. Her fangs grew longer than average until they extended past her lower jaw. The other pups bullied her, referring to her as "Vampire". Whenever she came near they'd take off yelling she was coming to drink their blood. It bothered her at first, but she took advantage of the situation and started playing along with the rumors to scare them away. A wolf named Ash was the only one who didn't make fun of her. The two became best friends and later lovers when they became of age. They lived a happy marriage and had a single daughter named Laveena. Eliza was a strict but fair mother. Ash was softer and developed a closer bond with his child as she grew. When their daughter was a juvenile she was caught in a large flood that washed over the pack's territory. Eliza and Ash heard their daughter's cry for help and ran to the river as fast as they could. They found her caught in the current as she rapidly headed towards the falls. Without hesitation, Ash jumped in after her while Eliza ran alongside the bank. He was able to reach Laveena, but by that time it was too late. The current was too strong, and Eliza couldn't do anything but watch as they both fell over the waterfall. She spent many days traveling alongside the river in hopes of finding them, but she found nothing. No scents, no bodies, and no signs of life. Depression made it a struggle to be around others, especially around children, so she left her pack for isolation after not being able to bear the pain any longer.
