Backstory : Alexandra was tutored by a renowned philosopher by the name of Aristotaleese. She always showed great promise in her studies, especially when it came to battle and strategy. This earned her the king's favor and the position of knight at a very young age. Alex felt isolated as she was one of the only females to be knighted in her region. After two years ridicule and annoyance from other knights, Alex tried to convince the king that she desired to create her own team of knights. The king agreed to give her exactly what she desired if she could prove herself worthy of such power.
The king sent her into one of the greatest and bloodiest wars in their region, the war of Macadon against Aldus. Alex returned to Macedon after four long and painful years to bestow her triumph upon the king and presented him with a bloodied sack that contained the head of King Darius Artashata the 3rd, king of Aldus.
The king was very pleased with her accomplishment and gave her free reign to assemble her team and operate it however she wished. Alex spent a few months testing potential fighters. Choosing only women to serve by her side. She chooses five brave and strong warriors to serve as "The Seraphs : Knights of Macedon". She stayed with the Seraphs for the next four years and during that time she rekindled her kinship with Willow, someone who was a childhood friend to her before she was knighted. Willow had changed a lot during their separation and had become a blood hunter. Alex hid this information from the Seraphs out of fear they would persecute her oldest and closest friend. The relationship between Alex and Willow blossomed into a secret romance. Though this secret relationship was eventually found out and caused turmoil between Alex and the Seraphs.
Eventually, the Seraphs and Alex came to an impasse and Alex was forced to choose, either Willow or the Seraphs. Alex chose Willow. Alex entrusted her estate to her retainers, Kai and Paskal, before she began to travel with Willow. Leaving everything behind except for her horse-drawn carriage, pulled by her trusty steed Stormhoof, loaded with supplies and a servant named Martin. She occasionally receives letters from her estate thanks to a messenger owl by the name of Boreas, a great white snow owl specially trained for the task. It took Alex and Willow nearly two years to reach Gildroy, where a new journey unfolds.
