Description
An elementary school student who has ESPer powers. He can control the weather with his mood state, and is currently unaware of his manifesting powers.

When he is happy it rains and when he is sad it is sunny. His normal mood creates some clouds.

He generally is a depressed child because his powers manifesting and ruining his day. The first time his powers manifested was on a day his family decided to go to the amusement park. His happiness and excitement created rain and an eventual downpour. This forced them to have to cancel the trip, which caused the sky to clear up during his disappointment.

He is in love with a girl in his class. He is highly troubled by his budding feelings, which has caused something of a local drought. 

If she was to reciprocate his feelings, flash floods would most likely happen...
