deic's best friend. deic hates him b/c owain is an asshole

abilities -

• can split into smaller versions of himself. usually appear in the form of small, red drakes. for each split his "main" body gets slightly smaller. each seperate bodies can opperate at fairly high mental capacity (depending on size, larger body = higher functions) and act completely independant from his "main" body as if they were entirely different entities
• can extract memories from people by force although usually asks for a trade because he tries not to be a total asshole. his "trade" offers usually benefit him more than the other person even if it doesn't seem like it. can weave these memories into tapestries. prides himself on collecting them
• hoards books, information, memories, etc. keeps them in a giant library pocket dimension which he can access from any door with a door knob. keeps his main body in the library making tapestries, along with most smaller drakes of himself. they're usually sorting books and other simple idle tasks

keeps at least one ideration of himself in human form running an inn catering to humans/creatures of a magical nature that would otherwise be not to well received elsewhere. tends to attract thieves and monster hunters but owain doesn't really care so long as they pay and they usually have interesting stories and potentially books. deic can usually be found hanging out in the inn, drinking large quanities of alcohol.
