RULES FOR ADOPTS

Once you have sent payment, that's it, the character is yours! You can not come back 5 minutes later and return the character because you lost interest. I had this happen and it's not fun.

You can re sell the adopt after buying. I don't care but please do not sell for more then you bought it for unless you've added art beyond any you draw

Please don't use my adopts for hateful things against people! I can't do much to stop it but you will be blacklisted!

please credit me the first time you draw the character! And please don't claim that you created the design! I don't spend time making adopts just to not be given credit. You wouldn't like it if it's done to you, don't do it to me!

Please don't delete characters off toyhouse!

Characters designed by me must stay on toyhouse once they have been put on the site! Delegating the character for any reason will result in blacklisting! You can ask first but the answer will most likely be no! 

If sold to someone off line, I will be more then happy to hold the character on my storage account for them so this rule isn't broken but isn't in the old owners account! Just ping me and we'll work it out from there!

COMMISSION/ART RULES

Please let me know if your reposting and where. I usually don't mind but I don't want my art on websites I'm not on.

Please don't use my art for profit, unless we work something out prior.

Payment must be sent before I start or after I've finished a sketch depending on the type of commission

I have the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason. Reasons don't need to be given but I will usually give them. Typically it's I don't think I can draw them or don't agree with what's being asked(like don't ask me to draw NSFW stuff, that's a big no)
